machine runs on diesel engine or 3 phase 440
volt electric motor and includes hydraulic
power pack running 2x compression chambers
both including cylinders, pre-compacting top
gate assembly and loading assembly all fitted
on a trailer inclusive of spring axle, tow
hitch and road tyres.
Production: 400 - 430 blocks per hour

BLOCK CUTTER & BLOCK TESTER
The
HYDRAFORM block tester is designed to be
used as a quality control tool enabling the
block producer to monitor the block
strength. The block tester is simple to
operate and delivers block strength in MPa
or say kg/cm². It can test block strength
from 1- 150 Kg/cm2.
The HYDRAFORM block cutter is designed to
cut HF 220 block size into smaller size from
a standard HYDRAFORM block. The equipment is
easy to use.
